Question 1124745: calculate measure numbers 4, 5, 6 and 7

Answer by Theo(13342) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the way i see it, this is what appears to be happening.
ABFG is a rectangle.
BF is parallel to AG.
BG is a transversal, therefore angle 3 = 38 degrees.
since angle 4 is equal to angle 3, then angle 4 is equal to 38 degrees also.
angle 4 and 32 degrees = 38 + 32 = 70 degrees.
this makes angle BCF = 180 - 70 = 110 degrees.
angle 5 is opposite angle BCF, therefore angle 5 is also equal to 110 degrees.
triangle DEC is an isosceles triangle, therefore angle CDE and angle CED are congruent.
each of those angles is equal to (180 - 110) / 2 = 35 degrees.
your solution, as far as i can see, is:
angle 3 and angle 4 = 38 degrees each.
angle 5 = 110 degrees.
angle 6 and angle 7 = 35 degrees each.
