Let x = the degree measure of the given angle.


Then the measure of its supplements is 2x+30 degrees, according to the condition.


The angle and its supplement sum up to 180 degrees, which gives you an equation


    x + (2x+30) = 180.


    3x = 180 - 30 = 150  ====>  x =  = 50 degrees.


Answer.  The angle has the measure of 50 degrees.

         The supplement angle is 180 - 50 = 130 degrees.


Check.  2*50 + 30 = 130 degrees.    ! The solution is CORRECT !
