Then the measure of the larger angle is 3x+15 degrees.


And you have this equation

x + (3x+15) = 135   degrees.


Simplify and solve for x:

4x = 135 - 15  --->  4x = 120  --->  x =  = 30.


Answer. The smaller angle is 30 degrees. The larger angle is 3*30 + 15 = 105 degrees.
