An angle and its supplement add to 180 degrees
6x-3y=150
2x+4y=30, the supplement
multiply the bottom by -3 to eliminate x
-6x-12y=-90, add
-15y=60
y=-4
substitute into first and 6x+12=150 and 6x=138, x=23
check with second. 46-16=30
x=23
y=-4
