Question 1059397: Two angles are supplementary if their sum is 180°. The larger angle measures four degrees more than seven times the measure of a smaller angle. If x represents the measure of the smaller angle and these two angles are supplementary, find the measure of each angle.

If x is the smaller angle, then the larger angle would be 7x+4. So:
x+7x+4=180
8x=176
x=22 degrees
7x+4=158 degrees. ☺☺☺☺
