M + A = 180.


substitute:  (A+30) + A = 180  ===>  2A + 30 = 180  ===>  2A = 180 - 30  ===>  2A = 150  ===>  A = 75.


The angles are M = 105, A = 75, S = 105,  and T = 75  degrees.
