Question 103595: I can not figure this problem out could someone please help me?
Find the measure of < G in quadrilateral EFGH if m < E=(3x)degrees, m < F=45 degrees, m < G=(3x)degrees, and m < H=45 degrees
Answer by doukungfoo(195) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The sum of all four angles of quadrilateral is always 360 degrees.
So...
3x + 3x + 45 + 45 = 360
6x + 90 = 360
6x = 270
x = 45
Now that we know what x equals we can find the measure of angle G
Angle G = 3x
Angle G = 3(45)
Angle G = 135
