Determine the f(x) = mx + b, given the slope and y-intercept of the linear function.
x-intercept -4, y-intercept -8
-------------------
x/(-4) + y/(-8) = 1
------
Multiply thru by -8 to get:
2x + y = -8
-----
Solve for "y":
y = -2x-8
----------------
