bring the b 's to one side
3bc - 4ac = 8ab
3bc-8ab=4ac
b(3c-8a)=4ac
b=(4ac)/(3c-8a)

Step 1: Swear on the life of your first born that you will never again treat an upper case letter and a lower case letter as the same variable. A is not A, b is not B, and c is not C.
