Question 760865: what is the slope of (-3/4, -1/4) and (2/7, -5/7)
Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Using y2 - y1/x2 - x1
= -5/7 -(-1/4)/ 2/7 -(-3/4)
= -5/7 + 1/4/ 2/7 + 3/4
= -13/28 / 29/28
= -13 * 28/28 * 29
Cancel '28's'
= -13/29
This is the slope.
Hope this helps.
