Question 7093: I was trying to find out the answer to this problem.
Find the slope, x and y intercepts of:
y=3/4x
my answer is this
m= 3/4
y= 0
x= -3/4
is this right

Answer by longjonsilver(2297)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
is, fully, written as

so gradient = 3/4
and y-intercept = 0

i have no idea where you got the -3/4 from, but saying x=-3/4 shows you have no real concept of what is being asked of you.

Please look at the Lessons section on the website and look at my Lessons on Linear Equations. I explain simply (i hope) all these issues.
