Take care of multiplications and divisions first; and then deal with additions and subtractions.
Steps may vary,....
8y-15-6y=85-3x
8y-6y-15=85-3x
+3x+2y-15=85-3x+3x
3x+2y-15+15=85+0+15
3x+2y=100
