y = mx + b
Solve for "b":
5 = -1(3) + b
b = 8
Equation:
y = -x + 8

(-4,10) and (-6,15)
slope = (15-10)/(-6--4) = 5/-2
y = mx + b
Solve for "b":
10 = (-5/2)(-4) + b
10 = 10 + b
b = 0
y = (-5/2)x

Y= -3/5x + 3
=======================
X- 4y = -4
4y = x + 4
y = (1/4)x + 1
