-3X+4Y=-10 MULTIPLY THIS EQUATION BY 2 WE GET -6X+8Y=-20
NO ADD THESE TWO EQUATIONS
6X+9Y=3
-6X+8Y=-20

Y=-17/17
Y=-1 SOLUTION
2X+3*-1=1
2X-3=1
2X=1+3
