You can put this solution on YOUR website! I assume you are defining a function (use f(x)) because x is not equal to x^2 - x for all x, and a can never equal a-2. If f(a) = a-2, we simply solve for a by replacing f(a):
which is not equal to 3/2, or any other real number.
