Question 437077: how would you graph
Answer by oberobic(2304) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
It's a linear equation, so convert it to slope-intercept format and find two points to draw the line.
5x + 3y = 15
Subtract 5x from both sides
3y = -5x + 15
Divide both sides by 3
y = -5/3*x + 5
.
When x=0, y = 5: (0,5)
When x=3, y = 0: (3,0)
Graph it.
