slope = (208000-204000)/(3-1) = 4000/3

Find the equation of this line in slope-intercept form..
Form: y = mx + b
Substitute to solve for "b":
228000 = (4000/3)(1) + b
b = 22666.67

Equation:
y = (2000/3)x+22666.67
