Question 362544: Solve the equation. Be sure to check your proposed solution by substituting for the variable in the original equation.
12(z+3)-4(z-1)=3(z-2)+4(z-1)
A. the solution set is { }
B. The solution set is all real numbers
C. The solution is an empty set

Answer by ghali0079(12)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
12z+36 -4z+4 = 3z-6 +4z-4
now put all the Z's together on left and the rest on the right:
12z -4z -3z-4z = -6-4-36-4
1z = -50
z = -50.
