Question 353770: The amount of gas used by a car depends on how far you have driven. Driving 69 Miles will use 3 gallons of gas. First find the equation that models this problem and then find how far you could travel on 15 gallons of gas.

Answer by mananth(16946)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
For 69 miles gas required = 3 gallons
1 gallon you can drive 23 miles.
Let the miles driven be m

gas consumption g = m/23
15 gallons of gas = m/23
m= 23 * 15
=345 miles
