3y/4=x/3+3 divide by 3/4
y=(x/3)/(3/4)+3/(3/4) invert the denominators & multiply.
y=x/3*4/3+3*4/3 multiply numerators & denominators & reduce.
y=4x/9+12/3
y=4x/9+4 ans.
