check this out if im wrong..
haha this is fun cuz i have a graph feature.
kk let's convert them all to y=mx+b
y=-1---------->y=-1
y=4 - 3x------>y=-3x+4
x=3y---------->y=x/3
x - y=-3------>y=x+3
4x + 6y=8----->y=-2x/3+4/3
kk so let's graph..

let's make it simple. In y=mx+b form, m tells you the slope. so if m is -2/3, like the fifth one, it means your line goes DOWN 2, and OVER 3. check.
the b tells you where you start on the y axis (upndown). if b is -1, like #1, the line crosses the y axis @ -1.
