Let s = some's age
Let r = raju's age

Now you need to come up with two equations, to solve the two variables:
s-5 = 3r
s+10 = 2(r+10)

Now substitute s=3r+5 into the 2nd equation:

3r+5+10 =2(r+10)
3r+15=2r+20
r=5

Therefore, s=3r+5=3(5)+5=20

Some is 20 years old, and Raju is 5 years old.
