Answer by mananth(16946)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Pure acid - 100% cocentration
let it be x liters
65% acid - 60 liters
.
Total
75% acid solution (x+60) liters
quantity of acid in pure acid + quantity of acid in 65% solution = quantity of acid in mixture
1x+0.65*60= 0.75(x+60)
x+39= 0.75x +45
0.25x= 6
x= 6 / 0.25
x= 24 liters of pure acid
