1,3+I AND 3-I..SO THE POLYNOMIAL IS K(X-1){X-(3+I)}{X-(3-I)}=0
(X-1){(X-3)^2-I^2}=0
(X-1)(X^2-6X+9+1)=0
X^3-6X^2+10X-X^2+6X-10=0
X^3-7X^2+16X-10=0..OR IF YOU ARE USING Z THEN
