Answer by Fermat(136) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x^2+6x+4
convert this into (x-a)² + b form
x² + 6x + 4 = x² + 6x + 9 - 9 + 4
x² + 6x + 4 = (x+3)² -5
(a,b) = (-3, -5)
Vertex = (-3, -5)

Ans: (1)
