convert this into slope intercept form -4x + 8y = -16

The slope intercept form of the line is
y = mx + b where m is the slope of the line and b is the value of y where the line crosses the y-axis (i.e. when x =0).
-4x + 8y = -16
8y = 4x-16
y = (4/8)x - (16/8)
y = (1/2)x-2
