D=RT OR R=D/T
R=14/(1/3)
R=14*3=42 MPH DOWNSTREAM.
R=14/(1/2)
R=14*2/1=28 MPH UPSTREAM.
(42-28)/2=14/2=7 MPH IS THE SPEED OF THE CURRENT.
