Find the point-slope form of the equation of the line passing through the points (8,-7) and (-7,-5)
------------
I'll do it the easy way.
|+x +y 1|
|+8 -7 1| = 0
|-7 -5 1|
---------
x*(-7+5) - y*(8+7) +(-40-49) = 0
-2x - 15y -89 = 0
2x + 15y = -89
I don't know what "point-slope" form is, you'll have to rearrange it.
If you don't like this method, email me and I'll do a different way.
