As it looks, "+2" is part of "t" as it inversely proportional to "B". Then it follows this eqn: B[1](t[1]+2)=B[2](t[2]+2)
where --- B[1]=12,t[1]=1,B[2]=unknown,t[2]=4
Continuing our eqn,
12*(1+2)=B[2](4+2)
12*3=6B[2]
36=6B[2] ------> cross(36)6/cross(6)=cross(6)B[2]/cross(6)
highlight(B[2]=6), Answer
*That is true, when t[1]=1 goes up t[2]=4, then B[1]=12 goes down B[2]=6 ---> inversely proportional.
