3m+4n= -13
-(3m+6[n]= -19) assuming the second term is suposed to be an n not an m.
---------------- subtract the second from the first equation.
-2n=6
n=6/-2
n=-3 Answer.
3m+4*-3=-13
3m-12=-13
3m=-13+12
m=-1/3 Answer.
