3(x+3)<=5x-5
3x+9<=5x-5
3x-5x<=-5-9
-2x<=-14
x>-14/-2 when dividing by a negative number the < sign changes to a > sign.
x>=7 Answer.
Proof:
Let x=8
3(8+3)<=5*8-5
3*11<=40-5
33<=35
