The domain of a functionis the set of all possible values of the independent variable, that's x in this problem.
Of all the choices of answers, there is only one of them that cannot be used as the value for x. That one is x = 0.
Why, because if x were zero, then your function (equation) would be:
and division by zero is undefined in math and therefore not allowed.
So we say that x=0 is an excluded member of the domain.
