Solve the following system of equations:
4x-y=3
2x+3y=5
i got x=-7/9
y=-29/7
i dont think what i have is right

4x-y=3
2x+3y=5
-----------
y = 4x-3
Substitute that into the 2nd equation to solve for "x":
2x+3(4x-3)=5
2x+12x-9=5
14x = 14
x = 1
----------
Substitute that into y = 4x-3 to solve for "y":
y = 4*1-3
y = 1
================
Solution: x=1; y=1
================
