Question 121389: If triangle FGH, the measure of angle G is three times that of angle F. The measure of angle H is 20 degrees more than that of angle F. Find the angle measure. Thank you
F+G+H=180

Answer by fners(16)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
We are given:
f+g+h=180
g=3f
h=f+20
start by plugging in 3f for g in the first eqn.
f+3f+h=180
h=f+20
now plug in f+20 for h.
f+3f+f+20=180
so 5f+20=180
5f=160
f=160/5=32
now go back to original eqns.
g=3f=3*32=96
h=f+20=32+20=52
