The process is to invert and multiply:

Notice that r%2Fs became s%2Fr in the intermediate step.

Divide 4%2F3 by 2%2F3

%284%2F3%29%2F%282%2F3%29=%284%2F3%29%283%2F2%29=%2812%29%2F%286%29, and then reduce 12%2F6 to lowest terms: 12%2F6=%282%2A6%29%2F6=%282%2Across%286%29%29%2F%281%2Across%286%29%29=2
