It looks to be in error.

If this is correct, I can multiply both sides by 2x and
the equality should still hold
%282x%29%2A%28%284x%5E2+%2B+6x%29+%2F+%282x%29%29+=+%282x%29%2A%282x+%2B+6%29
4x%5E2+%2B+6x+=+4x%5E2+%2B+12x
If I subtract 4x^2 from both sides, I have:
6x+=+12x
obviously not true
The correct equation is:
