The first bill was $130 for 3 hours of snow removal and the second bill was $180 for 5 hours of snow removal. Find the equation of the line that represents the snow removal company’s fixed reservation rate and charge per hour. Round to the nearest cent if necessary.

Question States:
The first bill was $130 for 3 hours of snow removal 
and the second bill was $180 for 5 hours of snow removal. 
Assuming these Bills were 'monthly bills...

 5r + f = 180
 3r + f = 130   |Subtracting  the 2nd EQ from 1st EQ

  2r = 50
r = $25/ hr  and the fixed rate is :   = $55 flat rate/month

Checking our work:
5*$25 + $55 = $180  checks
