            The solution by @MathLover1 is incorrect.
            I came to bring a correct solution. 


x wins

82-x losses


According to the problem

    x = 4*(82-x) + 7.


Simplify and find x

    x = 328 - 4x + 7

    x + 4x = 328 + 7

      5x   =   335

       x   = 335/5 = 67.


ANSWER.  67 wins,  82-67 = 15 losses.


CHECK.  4*15 + 7 = 67 wins.   ! Correct !
