That is correct!!
m is the slope of the line.The points that you have written area called the intercepts.Hence the name!

ok yes that is the right eqution to use to find the slope intercept form. just plug in your x and y into thier spots and work out the problem from there. then if your teacher wishes you to put it in standard form re arrange to wear the problem resembles this: Ax + By = C (a and b being your numbers) from thier you should beable to figure it out! hope ive helped you!
