Question 1080121: -6x-2y+2z=-8;3x-2y-4z=8;6x-2y-6z=-1
Answer by davidb52(7)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
At first glance, this system seems to be a problem of 3 Equations in 3 Unknowns. If so, it COULD be solved by hand. Solving simultaneous linear equations is tedious work--but doable.
Alternately, you could use a calculator or program to solve it numerically. In fact, there is such a solver posted elsewhere on this site: https://www.algebra.com/algebra/homework/Matrices-and-determiminant/cramers-rule-3x3.solver

HOWEVER, this system does not appear to have a solution. The determinant is 0. I do not think these equations are independent, so a unique solution is not possible.
