There are two ordered pairs from what I see.
(-3,5) and (0,6)
If you are using all four quadrants for your coordinate plane, those two are correct.
If you are using only quadrant I, then (0,6) is the only correct one since you are not using the other quadrants. Technically, (-3,5) and (0,6) are both correct.
